研究锦纶短纤维(FN66)、芳纶短纤维(PAF)和聚酯短纤维(FD)对EPDM多楔带物理性能的影响,结果表明,短纤维在0~15份用量范围内,随着用量的增加,填充FN66、PAF、FD的EPDM硫化胶的邵氏硬度、100%定伸应力有明显的上升趋势;拉伸强度与断裂伸长率先减小后增大,最后又减小.FN66和PAF的填充量为7份,FD填充量为10份时硫化胶有较大的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率.
The properties of EPDM V-ribbed belts with nylon fiber(FN66),aramid fiber(PAF) and polyester fiber( FD) were investigated. The results showed that,in an amount ranging from 0 to 15 parts,with the increasing number of the fiber contents,the Shore hardness,100% modulus of EPDM filled with FN66,PAF,FD had a clear upward trend;tensile strength and elongation at break reduced and then increased,and finally reduced. The vul-canized rubber had greater tensile strength and elongation at break with the addition of 7 phr FN66 , PAF and 10 phr FD.
