采用超临界CO2电沉积方法制备高性能纳米晶粒沉积层,是制备纳米材料(镀层)的一种新方法.针对超临界条件下压力和温度参数对电镀体系乳化液电阻特性的影响,建立了其优化数学模型,利用MATLAB软件最优化工具箱和anova12方差分析函数进行数值求解和影响程度分析,同时采用非离子表面活性剂进行超临界CO2电镀金属镍的试验,并借助EViews软件对所建模型进行验证.结果表明:模型优化值与分析值几乎吻合;在优化条件下,体系乳化液的电阻分散状态最佳,镀层的平均硬度约提高30%;同等条件下压力对乳化液电阻的影响更显著,2软件结果显示出较好的一致性.采用MATLAB软件分析超临界电镀镍溶液特性是行之有效的方法,可为电镀新工艺开发提供科学依据.
