以废玻璃为原料,CaCO3和SiC为发泡剂,采用低温烧结-高温发泡法制备出多孔微晶玻璃.利用差热-热重分析仪、X射线粉末衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜等分析手段,研究发泡剂对多孔微晶玻璃表观密度、平均孔径、孔隙率、晶相结构、显微组织和压缩强度的影响规律.结果表明:以CaCO3为发泡剂时,随CaCO3含量增加,多孔微晶玻璃的表观密度与抗压强度都是先减小后增大,孔隙率则与之相反;结晶相为单一硅灰石结构,且结晶度持续增大.以4% CaCO3和不同含量SiC为复合发泡剂时,随SiC含量增加,多孔微晶玻璃的孔隙率和硅灰石含量提高,平均孔径增大,压缩强度随表观密度增大呈线性增大,为0.7~4.7 MPa.
