海底管道将穿越不同环境的海水,海水的电导率和管道本身防腐蚀涂层的完好率,将极大地影响海底管道阴极保护电位的分布,而实测又受到多种因素的限制.为了准确地获取其真实分布状态,建立了海底管道阴极保护电位分布的数学模型,采用FLUENT软件对海底管道阴极保护电位进行模拟计算,研究了不同海水电导率和管道涂层破损率对管道阴极保护电位分布的影响.结果表明:模拟计算结果与实际测量结果吻合良好;阴极保护电位随海水电导率的升高而降低;管道涂层的破损率越低,越有利于阴极保护电位的均匀分布.
