采用真空热蒸发在镀锌钢板表面镀镁,并由快速退火形成锌镁合金镀层.采用电化学试验研究镀锌镁合金钢板的腐蚀过程,并推断其防腐蚀机理.结果表明,在腐蚀初期,锌镁合金表面形成一层致密层,该层成分主要为致密且抗腐蚀性强的氢氧化镁、氢氧化锌和氧化镁.当致密层溶解后,依靠锌层作为阳极对钢铁进行保护.
