采用极化曲线法和电化学阻抗法,研究了时效处理温度和时间对2205双相不锈钢在3.5%的NaCl溶液中电化学腐蚀特性的影响,并借助金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)表征其显微组织的变化.结果表明,双相不锈钢的自腐蚀电位随着时效温度(800-900℃)的升高变得愈负,腐蚀速率先增大后减小;随着时效时间(2h、8h、16h)的延长,自腐蚀电位愈负,腐蚀速率逐渐增大;时效析出的dr相是导致高温时效双相不锈钢耐电化学腐蚀能力下降的主要因素.
The effect of aging treatmnet on electrochemical corrosion of 2205 stainless steel in 3.5% NaCl solution was studied by potentiod-dynamic scanning (PDS) and electrochemical impendence spectroscopy (EIS). The microstructure of the alloys were observed by opticall microscope (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM with EDS). The results showed that self-corrosion potential of the duplex stainless steel decrease as the aging temperature increases, while corrosion rate increases firstly and decreases subsequently. Besides, the main reason the corrosion resistance of duplex stainless steel deteriorated after aging at temperature range from 800 ℃ to 900 ℃ is the occurrence of precipitates of σ phase in the matrix.
