低碳贝氏体钢钢锭加热到1 450℃均热1 h后分别空冷到1 200℃淬火、800℃淬火,将淬火与未淬火样进行了TEM观察,1 200℃淬火时,主要是氧化物析出.复合很少量的硫化物和氮化物;800℃淬火析出物有分别以MnS、Cu_x S、富单质Cu为主,复合少量TiN的三种复合析出物,析出物颗粒较大;钢锭中的硫化物析出相基本为CuS,复合少量MnS、(Ti,Nb)(C,N),析出物颗粒细小.

Bainitic steel ingots were heated to 1 450℃ with holding 1 h,cooled in air,and then quenched respectively at 1 200℃,800℃.The ingots with quenching were investigated to compare the ingots without quenching by TEM.The results show that the oxide is found in the ingot quenched at 1 200℃attached with a little of sulfide and Nitride.MnS,Cu_x S and copper precipitate in large size attached with TiN in ingot quenched at 800℃.In ingot,CuS precipitates combined with little MnS and(Ti,Nb)(C,N)in fine size.
