目前适用于小通道的流量测量装置或仪表还十分有限.本文基于电容耦合式非接触电导测量(Capacitively Coupled Contactless Conductivity Detection,C4D)技术和互相关测速原理,提出了一种毫米级管道的流量测量新方法,并研制了其测量装置.该方法利用两对电子开关对两路测量通路交互闭合,分别获得两组流体电导信号.对得到的两组信号进行互相关运算,从而获得流体的流速和流量.作为初步研究,本文分别对内径为3.2 mm和5.4 mm的管道进行了流量测量实验.实验结果表明基于C4D技术的小通道流体流量测量新方法是可行的和有效的.
