利用超声波空蚀实验装置对Cr-Ni-Mo奥氏体-铁素体不锈钢及其同质材料堆焊后的堆层金属在自来水溶液中的空蚀行为进行了研究.通过扫描电镜(SEM)、显微硬度计等检测设备研究了材料空蚀表面形貌和微观结构.结果表明:Cr-Ni-Mo双相不锈钢的抗空蚀性能明显优于经TIG(钨极惰性气体保护焊)表面堆焊后的堆层金属试样;双相不锈钢的空蚀首先发生在铁素体相上,然后是奥氏体-铁素体相界处;Cr-Ni-Mo双相不锈钢的累积失重量和失重率均约为表面堆焊层试样的1/2.

The cavitation erosion behavior of Cr-Ni-Mo duplex stainless steel and welded cladding layer metal of the same material in tap-water were investigated by using an ultrasonic experimental cavitation facility.The micrographs and microstructure of damaged surfaces were observed and measured by scanning electron microscope and microhardness tester.The results show that the resistance to cavitation erosion of Cr-Ni-Mo duplex stainless steel in tap-water is higher than that of the cladding layer metal of TIG surface welding.The cavitation erosion of duplex stainless steel occurs first on ferrite phase,and then to the grain boundary of austenite-ferrite phase.The cumulate mass loss and mass loss rate of duplex stainless steel are about 1/2 of those of surfacing samples.
