采用对比方法研究不同因素对Ca-Ti-O微粒电流变液的性能、形貌等的影响,分析醇洗工艺、不同极性分子、稀土等修饰对Ca-Ti-O微粒电流变液微粒结构和性能的影响,以及随制备因素变化的规律,并比较不同极性分子修饰前后电流变液的性能、微粒的形貌。结果表明:极性分子修饰微粒可大幅提高电流变液的剪切强度,使其微粒链变多、变粗。
Contrast method was used to study the effect of different factors on properties of Ca-Ti-O particles ER fluid,and the effects of alcohol washing,polar molecule,rare-earth metal doping on microstructure and properties of Ca-Ti-O particles ER fluids were analyzed. It is found that polar molecule modification has positive effect on shear stress and chain of particles.
