  通过离子交换法以分子筛为原料进行稀土元素Ce的改性,并负载贵金属Pd制备出整体式催化剂材料,利用对比实验考察了改性分子筛的孔结构、储氧量、低温碳氢吸附活性、台架储氧能力和催化活性。采用低温氮吸附(BET)、程序升温还原(TPR)、台架性能测试(AFR)和台架储氧能力(OSC)进行了表征。结果表明,改性分子筛在比表面积、孔容上有所下降,但是提高了催化剂低温碳氢的吸附活性、台架储氧能力、储氧量和催化活性。

Molecular sieve was modified by ion exchange process with Ce and monolithic catalyst loading Pd was prepared with the sieve. Investigations of pore structure, oxygen storage capacity, low temperature hydrocarbon adsorption activity, bench oxygen storage capacity and catalytic activity of modified molecular sieve were carried out. The experimental results of BET, TPR, AFR and OSC indicated that the surface area and pore volume were decreased but the low temperature HC adsorption, oxygen storage capacity and catalytic activity were improved.
