本文以钛酸丁酯、三乙醇胺、冰醋酸、盐酸等为主要原料,采用溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)法和旋转涂膜工艺在玻璃衬底上制备均匀、透明的纳米TiO_2薄膜.利用X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见光谱(UV/vis)和原子力显微镜(AFM)对纳米TiO_2进行表征,结果显示:经500℃退火后,三乙醇胺、冰醋酸作水解抑制剂制备的TiO_2粉体为锐钛矿晶相,而盐酸作水解抑制剂制备的TiO_2粉体为锐钛矿、金红石和板钛矿的混合晶相;纳米TiO_2薄膜存在光催化活性和吸收带边不同程度的"蓝移",且用三乙醇胺制备的TiO_2薄膜的"蓝移"最大,光催化活性最强.
By using tetrabutyl titanate,triethanolamine,acetic acid and muriatic acid as raw materials,the uniform transparent nano-TiO_2 thin films were prepared on glass substrate by sol-gel method.The nanostructured TiO_2 films were characterized by X-ray diffractometry (XRD), ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy (AFM).The results showed that after annealing at 500 ℃,the structures of TiO_2 powers are anatase phase by using triethanolamine and acetic acid as raw materials,but anatase,rutile and brookit phases by using muriatic acid.The nano-TiO_2 thin films have photocatalytic activity and some 'blue shift' for the band gap energy, and TiO_2 thin films prepared by triethanolamine have the biggest 'blue shift' and photocatalytic activity.
