树脂传递模塑工艺(RTM)是纤维增强聚合物基复合材料的重要制备工艺之一.当树脂的宏观、细观流动前沿不一致时易于形成孔隙缺陷,从而降低复合材料性能.文中根据RTM工艺过程特点,建立树脂在纤维束间流动的轴对称模型,进而根据流体力学和表面科学,建立树脂流体的表面张力和流体压力耦合分析的方法,并采用流体体积函数(VOF)方法追踪流动前沿,分析温度、纤维束间距、流动速度等工艺参数对流体压力和前沿的影响规律.
