太钢是中国特大型钢铁联合企业和全球产能最大、工艺技术装备最先进的不锈钢企业。自2005年以来,在不锈钢系统改造中,配套建设了相应的节能环保项目,采用国际最先进的技术,实施从矿山到轧钢的全流程工艺技术升级,实现了主体技术装备的升级换代。目前已经形成了年产1000万t钢的能力,其中不锈钢产能300万t。通过对钢铁工业整体总的节能方向分析,结合太钢近几年节能现状,从能源管理方面、节能减排工艺与技术方面,围绕各种余热余能利用、高炉渣、钢渣的综合利用和对钢厂废气的净化处理方案,实施了具体措施,取得了显著效果。2005至2010年间,吨钢综合能耗由703kg/t下降到559kg/t,降幅达20.5%,吨钢新水消耗由7.18t/t下降到1.91t/t,降幅为73.3%;最后提出了太钢今后节能减排工作的方向和措施。

TISCO,which is an integrated iron and steel enterprise in China,have the largest capacity of stainless steel with the most advanced technology and equipment in global.Since 2005,particularly in the system renovation of the new stainless steel,relevant energy saving and emission reduction projects were built.In the construction,the most advanced technology was adopted and the technology of the whole process of mining,coking,iron making,steel making and rolling was updated,realizing updating of main technical equipment.At present,Tisco has formed an annual output capacity of 10 million tons of steel,including 3 million tons of stainless steel.Through analysis of the whole energy-saving direction of iron and steel industry combined with the condition of energy saving in TISCO in recent years,specific measures were implemented from the process to technical aspects of energy management,energy conservation around a variety of waste heat and energy utilization,blast furnace slag utilization,the comprehensive utilization of steel slag and exhaust purification program,and remarkable results was achieved.Between 2005 and 2010,the comprehensive energy consumption per ton of steel had been dropped from 703 kg/t to 559 kg/t,decline up to 20.5%.Water consumption per ton of steel had been dropped from 7.18 t/t to 1.91 t/t,decline up to 73.3%.Finally,the direction and measures of the future energy saving work of TISCO is presented.
