鞍钢股份有限公司第一炼钢厂采用新技术对原有的厚板坯铸机进行高效化技术改造,开发了连铸二次冷却工艺模拟软件,并针对鞍钢厚板坯连铸机的实际状况,优化二次冷却工艺,改善了季节差异造成的铸坯质量波动。铸机单流年产量达到156万t,超设计能力30%。铸坯质量显著改善,实现了铸坯的热装热送。铸机高技术高附加值产品的比例明显提高,X60~X80管线用钢和ADB610D三峡右岸蜗壳用钢已大批量生产。

High efficiency technology has been adopted on primary heavy slab casting machine in No1 steelmaking plant, Anshan Steel. The simulation software was used to optimize the secondary cooling spray of the thick slab caster in Anshan Steel for improving the slab quality fluctuation caused by season factors. After technical innovation the production capacity of per strand has reached 1 560 000 tons which exceeds the design capacity by 30 percent. Slab quality has been improved outstandingly and high technology additions have been increased strikingly. Pipe line steel (X60~X80) and helicoids steel (ADB610D) supplied to the three gorges projects have been put into large scale production.
