基于通过限制正负离子对之间通道尺度,实现抑制阴离子聚合副反应的设想,在反应挤出制备苯乙烯/丁二烯多嵌段共聚物的过程中引入了一种P-配合物,分别采用一次加料法及二次分段加料法合成了两种不同结构的多嵌段共聚物。结果表明,P-配合物对抑制高温阴离子本体聚合中出现的交联副反应有显著效果,且有利于增加共聚物中聚苯乙烯多嵌段的长度。1H-NMR、GPC、TEM及力学性能的测试表明,所得嵌段共聚物中丁二烯含量均在18%以上,其无缺口冲击强度达45 kJ/m2,与KR03树脂相当。样品PSB-2的弯曲强度从后者的34 MPa提高至56 MPa,同时其弯曲模量及拉伸断裂延伸率的提高幅度也均在40%以上。

Based on an assumption that the side-reaction of anionic polymerization could be inhibited by controlling the scale between anion and cation of ion-pairs,a special reagent,P-ligand was introduced into the anionic co-polymerization system of styrene/butadiene forming the multi-block copolymers during the reactive extrusion process.Two kinds of copolymers were synthesized with once-feeding processing and twice-feeding processing at different barrel,respectively.The results show that P-ligand can effectively inhibit the crosslinking side-reaction in anionic bulk-polymerization at high temperature,and is also beneficial to increasing the block length of polystyrene in the copolymer.The data obtained by 1H-NMR,GPC,TEM and mechanical testing show that the content of butadiene in block copolymers obtained is over 18%,and the unnotched charpy impact strength of each copolymer is improved up to 45 kJ/m2 which is similar to that of KR03 resin.The flexural strength of sample PSB-2 increases from 34 MPa to 56 MPa,meanwhile,the increment of flexural modulus and tensile elongation are all over 40%.
