研究了导电炭黑40b2填充天然橡胶复合材料的导热性能和力学性能随炭黑体积分数的变化规律,并采用扫描电子显微镜观察了炭黑橡胶体系内部的炭黑分布状况.结果表明,导热性能随炭黑体积分数的变化规律存在类似于导电逾渗现象的导热逾渗现象,逾渗阈值在8.3%~13.63%之间.在逾渗阈值之后,复合材料的拉伸强度下降.炭黑橡胶复合材料的导热性能与其微观结构紧密相关.当炭黑分数达到逾渗阈值之时,炭黑在胶料内部形成长程联结,随着炭黑体积分数进一步增加,炭黑长链数日增多,当炭黑体积分数达到26.2%时,形成了三维导热网络.继续增加炭黑体积分数,导热网络加密,导热性能改善趋于平缓.
