合成了四个取代基咪唑啉化合物,并进行IR和UV分析.用电 化学和失重法测试了化合物Ⅰ-Ⅳ的缓蚀率,发现四个取代基咪唑啉化合物的缓蚀率依次增 大. 从实验的角度探索了取代基与缓蚀性能的关系.实验结果和理论分析表明:具有P-π共轭体 系的咪唑啉化合物并同时在环上引入供电子基团,特别是具有共轭体系的取代芳烃,能增强 咪唑啉型化合物的缓蚀性能.
Four imidazoline inhibitors have been synthesized and determined by IR and UV spectral analyses. The inhibition efficiency was measured using weight l oss and electrochemical methods. It is found that percentage inhibition corrosio n is increased as in following order: compound I<Ⅱ<Ⅲ<Ⅵ. The relationship bet ween structure of the compounds and corrosion inhibition efficiency is explored from experiment. Through measured results and theoretical analyses, it is indica ted that imidazoline with P-π conjugated system and electron donor group, parti cularly, the substituent aromatic group, introduced to imidazoline ring can impr ove the inhibition efficiency of imidazoline derivatives.
