电感元件是一种储能元件，当电路在换路时，会出现过渡过程。尽管其过渡过程的时间很短，只有几秒、几亳秒甚至几微秒，然而它对电路的影响却是很大的，为了防止在过渡过程中电感元件的两端引起过电压，可以采取文章所叙述的防护措施，这样就尽可能地保护电器设备。
As the inductor is an energy storage component, there will be a transition period during is switching. Though the shortest transition time is maybe only about several microsecond, the effect on the circuit is very serious. To avoid the overvoltage arising at the terminal of the inductor during the transition period, several countermeasures introduced in this paper can be taken to protect the electrical equipment from destruction.
