以醇盐水解沉淀法制备了40nm左右的二氧化硅粒子;用四球摩擦试验机测定了纳米SiO2作为润滑油添加剂的摩擦性能,并利用SEM照片观察磨斑表面形貌,探讨了纳米SiO2的抗磨机理.研究结果表明:400SN基础油的承载能力在加入纳米SiO2后得到很大提高,并且纳米SiO2的加入量有一最佳值.当加入量为1.5%时,PB值增大了近1倍,达到最佳.
