采用银离子源对316L 奥氏体不锈钢表面进行银离子注入改性,并对其导电和耐腐蚀性能进行了研究.结果表明:注入剂量为0.5×10<'7>cm<'-2>时不锈钢表面接触电阻值比注入前降低了81.25%;在双极板模拟环境中,银注入不锈钢后在表面形成了一层有效阻碍腐蚀的新钝化层,银注入剂量为2×10<'7>cm<'-2>时,不锈钢在模拟双极板阴、阳极环境下的稳定腐蚀电流密度比注入前分别降低了98.56%和98.32%.
