高级检索

从气相、固相、液相3个方面分别评述了纳米CeO2制备技术的最新研究进展,并对各种制备方法进行了比较分析,得出了各种制备方法的优缺点.与气相法相比,液相沉淀法具有设备简单、无需高真空等苛刻物理条件、易放大等优点;与固相法相比,液相沉淀法制备的粉体纯度高、团聚少,易实现工业化生产,发展前景广阔.但液相沉淀法也存在纳米CeO2产品颗粒团聚、粒度分布不均匀、单分散性差等缺点,可以通过研究纳米CeO2的成核和生长机制、过程影响因素等来改善产品质量.

The research progress of nano-CeO2 preparation is reviewed separately from the gas phase, solid phase and liquid-phase. Advantages and disadvantages of above preparation methods are obtained through comparing and analyzing. Compared with the gas-phase, liquid phase precipitation method exhibits simple equipment, no need of high vacuum,easy to enlarge. Compared with the solid phase method, liquid-phase deposition has the following disadvantages:particle agglomeration, non-uniform particle size distribution, poor monodispersity. It is suggested that studies of nucleation and growth mechanisms and influencing factors of synthesis process can improve product quality.
