采用NaOH/H2O2氧化法合成了羟基化水溶性多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTols).通过正交实验法对反应条件进行了优化,并采用TEM、SEM、拉曼光谱等手段对样品进行了表征.MWCNTols在水溶液中的溶解度可达0.72 mg/mL.在此基础上将MWCNTols经聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)包裹后合成了PVP-MWCNTols.由于PVP良好的亲水性进一步增强了包裹产物在水中的分散性能,其溶解度可达2.34 mg/mL,且水溶液均匀、稳定,在室温下保存60 d以上不发生聚集和沉淀.PVP-MWC-NTols中MWCNTols的质量分数为41%.
