利用低氧分压控制系统,研究了两种In含量的Ag-In合金在5 50℃和不同氧分压条件下的氧化行为.结果表明:在可以发生内氧化的实验条件下,合金外 表面上都有In2O3生成,不同氧分压下所生成的In2O3表现出明显的形状差异.0.21 ×105 Pa氧分压下合金试样氧化后表面有颗粒状In2O3和纯银块生成,而在低氧分压 下试样表面只有丝状的In2O3生成.随着合金中In含量的提高或系统内氧分压的降低,均 可起到促进In2O3在试样表面生成的作用.
The oxidation behaviors of Ag-In alloys with di fferent indium content were studied at different oxygen partial pressure control l ed by an oxygen pump system.It is shown that both In2O3 particles and nano-s ize fibres can form on the surface of Ag-In alloys at different conditions:P O2=021×10-5 Pa and 550℃,at which internal oxidation may occur in the Ag-In alloys.When Ag-In alloy oxidized at PO20.21×105 Pa,I n2O3 particles and pure Ag nodules appeared on the surface of Ag-In alloys.W hile at low oxygen partial pressures,nano-size In2O3 fibres formed on the su rface of Ag-In alloys.Increasing the Indium content in the alloys or decreasing system oxygen partial pressure can promote the formation of In2O3 on the sur face of alloys.
