实验采用矿泉水瓶专用PET粒料,通过热分析技术,在不同的升温速率下得到PET的热分解曲线。通过Kissinger法和Freeman-Carroll法对热分解曲线进行处理,得到PET的表观活化能E为302.36kJ·mol-1,指前因子A为4.2×1023 min-1,反应级数n为0.5。并通过阿仑尼乌斯方程得到PET的热分解寿命方程:lnt=21695/T-31.71。
This experiment uses PET special granular of mineral water bottle,by thermal analysis technique in different heating rates obtained PET thermal decomposition curves. By Kissinger method and Freeman Carroll meth-od on the thermal decomposition curve processing,get the pet apparent activation energy E is about 302. 36kJ·mol-1 , referring of the factor A is 4. 2 × 1023 min-1 and the reaction order n is 0. 5. And through the Arrhenius equation to get the PET thermal degradation life equation:lnt=21695/T-31. 71.
