利用强流脉冲电子束对40Cr钢进行表面改性处理,分析了处理后的金属组织、表面硬度、截面硬度、表面粗糙度以及摩擦磨损性能.结果表明,不同加速电压下摩擦系数的变化受材料照射前表面粗糙度状况、照射后熔坑的形貌和分布密度的影响,此外,电子束照射引起的材料表面组织的变化也会使摩擦系数发生改变,随电压的增大材料的耐磨性提高.
Surface modification of 40Cr and steel by high current pulsed electron beam is investigated in this work.The surface roughness,components,hardness and friction and wear properties are analyzed after irradiation of HCPEB.The results show that the friction coefficient of different accelerating voltage is affected by surface roughness and the density and morphology of the volcano eruption.Moreover,the friction coefficient is also influenced by the changes of surface structure.Wear resistance is increased by increasing accelerating voltage.
