考察了变压器油的流速对变压器故障气体在陶瓷-Teflon 2400复合膜中的透过特性,并对溶解态气体渗透和气态渗透两种情况进行了对比.当油的流速由250 mL/min增加到750 mL/min时,H2和CO的平衡时间缩短约30%,C2烃的平衡时间变化较小,说明气体在油中扩散过程对油气分离有一定影响.与溶解态渗透过程中C2烃先达到平衡不同,气态渗透过程中H2先于C2烃达到平衡.红外光谱表明经变压器油浸泡的Teflon AF2400膜中溶解吸收了微量变压器油,形成了类似支撑液膜结构,各种气体在油中的溶解特性决定了它们在变压器油气分离过程中的透过特性.
