以毛竹炭化物作为模板,通过浸渍正硅酸乙酯溶胶,在氩气保护下经1450℃高温煅烧制得纳微米棒.场发射电镜的高分辨观察表明:竹炭导管内生长的纳微米棒呈六边形片层结构叠加形成的竹节状,直径1 00 nm~500 nm,长度达30μm以上.X射线能谱分析及X射线衍射确认该纳微米棒的主要物质组成为碳化硅.研究表明:竹炭内部导管是生长纳微米棒的理想场所,竹炭的溶胶增重率影响碳化硅纳微米棒的形态和产量.竹材是大规模制备碳化物纳微米棒的优良生物模板原料.
