采用商品钢35CrMnSiA为材料,对比了其经过淬火-分配(Q-P)和调质热处理后的显微组织及力学性能,并通过分子动力学(MD)模拟方法研究Q-P组织的力学机理.研究表明,商品钢35CrMnSiA经Q-P处理可获得抗拉强度/总伸长率为1523 MPa/17.86%,高于传统调质处理后的1145 MPa/15.23%.实验数据与MD模拟均表明,Q-P提高钢的塑性主要通过残留奥氏体在应力作用下诱发马氏体转变而产生的相变诱发塑性(TRIP)实现的.另外,应力诱发马氏体转变同时能促进钢的应变强化.
