采用高压脉冲电源对球墨铸铁进行了固态石墨化退火处理,研究了脉冲电流退火处理下保温温度和升温速度对渗碳体石墨化过程的影响.结果表明:在适当的处理时间、足够高的温度下,即在30s内温度达到1100℃时渗碳体可实现快速石墨化.脉冲电流退火处理下碳原子的快速扩散和石墨的快速长大是渗碳体快速石墨化的主要原因.
