在胶原溶胀液中加入壳聚糖,形成了胶原/壳聚糖复合溶胀液(1.5%质量分数,下同),考察了胶原与壳聚糖的质量比、剪切速率、温度等因素对复合溶胀液表观黏度的影响规律.实验结果表明,复合胶原溶胀液具有假塑性流体的特性.随着复合溶胀液中壳聚糖含量增多,体系pH值逐渐增大,向胶原溶胀液的等电点靠近,使分子逐渐卷曲,流体力学等价球变小,其表观黏度逐渐减小,对剪切应力的敏感性逐渐减小.另外,随着体系温度的升高,复合溶胀液的非牛顿指数值不断增大,其流动性趋于牛顿流体.
