在变截面钢板轧制过程中,厚度线性变化的钢板轧制过程中的辊缝为非线性变化,单点静态设定方法不能满足连续变截面钢板轧制要求.提出了多点动态设定的思想,分析变截面轧制过程楔形段设定点的确定机理,给出设定点的轧制参数计算方法,在实验轧机上利用多点动态设定方法进行了变截面轧制实验,得到连续厚度变化的变截面钢板,结果表明多点动态设定方法满足变截面轧制的设定要求.
In the process of variable cross-section rolling, the gap of taper plate is non-linear. The traditional signal-point static setting is not suitable for variable cross-section plate, so the method of multiple-point dynamic setting is considered. Mechanism of determining setting points is analyzed, and rolling parameters of setting points are calculated. By using multiple-point dynamic setting, the variable cross-section strip is rolled by a four high mill. The variable cross-section strip is obtained, and the results indicate that the method of multiple-point dynamic setting meets the requirement of variable cross-section rolling.
