采用碳酸锂粉末和五氧化二铌粉末通过烧结制备了氧化锂含量为47.84mol%~50.50mol%的铌酸锂多晶粉末,并烧结为陶瓷片样品.然后利用精密数字电容电桥测量了这些样品的介电常数随温度的变化,得到了铌酸锂的居里温度Tc与锂含量的关系.
