冷轧厂电镀锡生产过程中产生的废水含有大量的有机物,COD浓度高,pH值在1.1~2.0之间,很难直接进行生化处理.为提高生化处理效果,以H2O2-铁炭柱-pH调节-混凝为处理工艺进行前处理,结果表明,空速为3 h-1、H2O2/COD为1.5(质量比)、pH为8左右、PAM加入量为15 mg/m3时处理效果最好.利用该方法处理冷轧厂镀锡废水,可有效降低COD的浓度, Sn2+被氧化成高价态后沉淀除去,为废水进入后续的生化处理提供了保障.
