采用电弧等离子体法成功制备了单晶态的纳米钽超微粒子,采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、高分辨电子显微镜(HRTEM)对样品进行形貌、微观结构的观察和分析,发现它具有规则的表面,平均粒径大小在10 nm左右.并通过X射线衍射(XRD)分析其组成成分,发现在所制备的样品中除钽外还含有氧化钽(δ-TaO),估计是由于纳米钽粒子被氧化所形成的产物.
