本文研究了Al-Si 共晶强制性稳态生长过程中Si 的分枝特征,指出Si 分枝簇是一类分维结构,并测出其分维值D_f=1.74±0.10,此值同Laplace 分维(LF)模拟值相近。而且测定结果表明D_f 同生长速度和温度梯度没有明显的相关关系,Si 相分枝是自相似的。讨论了Si 相分枝生长的随机性问题。
