采用等离子喷涂技术在铬锆铜(CrZrCu)基体表面制备了Cr3C2 p/NiCr涂层。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等仪器研究了涂层的显微组织及结构,采用磨粒磨损试验机对Cr3C2 p/NiCr涂层与电镀NiCo层的磨损性能进行了测试比较。结果表明:涂层组织呈片层状结构,在NiCr合金片层上分布着未熔的Cr3C2和Cr7C3、Cr2Ni3、CrNi析出相。与电镀Ni-Co镀层相比,Cr3C2 p/NiCr涂层具有较高的硬度和耐磨粒磨损性能,其磨损量仅为电镀层的35%。
Cr3 C2p particle reinforced NiCr composite coatings on CrZrCu substrate were prepared by plasma spraying. Microstrueture of the coatings was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) , and the wear resistance of the plasma sprayed Cr3C2p/NiCr and electroplated NiCo coatings were examined on a abrasive tester. The results show that the plasma-sprayed Cr3Czp/NiCr composite coatings present lamellar structure as characteristics. Unmelted Cr3C2 particles and Cr7C3, Cr2Ni3 and CrNi precipitates disperse in NiCr-base coatings. The Cr3 C2p/NiCr coatings have higher hardness and abrasive wear resistance compared with Ni-Co plating coatings, and the weight loss of the composite coatings is only 35% of that of the plating coatings.
