以CaCO3、TiO2、SiO2为基础原料,硫酸盐作为熔剂,采用熔盐法合成了榍石及掺钕榍石粉体.借助XRD和SEM研究了不同反应温度、料盐比及掺杂对反应过程及反应物相组成的影响结果:控制Na2SO4∶K2SO4摩尔比为1∶1,原料质量与熔盐比为1∶1 ~2,在950~ 1000℃可以实现榍石及其掺钕榍石的合成.对掺钕榍石,在不引入铝离子做电价补偿时,物相以榍石为主,含有少量钙钛矿相;引入铝离子做电价补偿时,物相主要以榍石和钙钛矿相形式存在,引入铝离子不利于掺钕榍石的形成.
