以聚己内酯二醇为软段,赖氨酸二异氰酸乙酯为硬段,异山梨醇为扩链剂,采用本体聚合法合成了医用可降解的脂肪性聚氨酯.FTIR、1 H-NMR结果表明合成的聚合物的结构是典型PU的结构;GPC测试结果显示聚合物的数均分子量超过5万,分布指数为1.6～2.0,分子量分布较窄.聚合物中所含软硬段的比例对聚合物的性能有一定的影响,聚合物中硬段比例增加使聚合物的结晶度减小,从而使材料的拉伸强度和模量减小,材料亲水性变差.
