基于减少能源消耗和缓解热岛效应的要求,分别将镍钛黄和钴蓝、铁锌铬棕和二氧化钛复掺作为颜料,以自制的硅溶胶-苯丙复合乳液为基料,制备了2种系列的建筑节能涂层,并探究复掺颜料比例对涂层性能的影响.采用XRD衍射仪、紫外/可见/近红外分光光度计、长波发射率仪和精密色差仪对颜料和建筑节能涂层性能进行表征,采用红外灯模拟太阳热源测量复掺颜料涂层的隔热性能.结果表明:金红石型镍钛黄和二氧化钛的近红外反射特性类似,将其分别与钴蓝和铁锌铬棕复掺可以提高复掺涂层的近红外平均反射率,并可随复掺比例的改变调节涂层颜色;当镍钛黄与钴蓝、铁锌铬棕与二氧化钛复掺质量比分别为10:1和1:5时,涂层近红外平均反射率最大可达66.81%和65.98%,涂层分别呈现出苹果绿色和淡乳白色,平衡温度分别比空白石棉水泥板低10.6℃和9.8℃,隔热性能优异.
