对某石化公司热电厂8号汽轮机的断裂叶片进行了宏观形貌、化学成分、金相组织以及扫描电镜形貌和元素成分能谱分析.结果表明,该叶片的断裂属于腐蚀疲劳失效;叶片上的点蚀坑是裂纹源;引起叶片发生点腐蚀的原因是蒸汽中存在的氯、硫等介质.

Failure analysis of turbine blades for a heat-power plant of a petrochemical company was con-ducted by macroscopic and metallographic observations,chemical composition analysis,as well as SEM examination with EDAX analysis.The results showed that the fracture of turbine blades is caused by cor-rosion fatigue.The pits on the blade induced the initiation of cracks and then facilitate crack propagation at these sites.However the pitting corrosion of the blades WaS caused by the chloride and sulfur existed in the steam.
