通过分析铝基覆铜板测试中传热板的侧面散热,建立了更精确的传热铝板内部温度分布模型,并据此提出新的铝基覆铜板导热系数测试方法。结果表明:采用改进方法可有效减小传热铝板侧面散热带来的误差。

A more precise internal temperature distribution model of aluminum based copper clad laminate was built by analyzing the side heat radiation of heat transfer aluminum plate, and a new test method of thermal conductivity for aluminum based copper clad laminate was proposed. The results show that the new method can effectively reduce the error brought from the side heat radiation of heat transfer alumi-num plate.
