通过化学镀方法在直径为90μm的铜丝上制备了NiCoP/Cu复合结构丝,研究了驱动电流幅值和频率对复合丝的巨磁阻抗效应和磁场灵敏度的影响.研究发现驱动电流幅值增加时能显著增强复合丝巨磁阻抗效应和增加磁场灵敏度.电流大小和频率会改变GMI曲线峰值对应磁场Hp.结果可以用磁化过程和非线性效应来解释.
