采用静电纺丝法制备了PVP/In(NO3)3·4.5H2O/Ga(NO3)3·xH2O前驱体纳米纤维,然后经高温煅烧获得了多孔结构的GaInO3无机纳米纤维,并对其光学性能进行了研究.利用扫描电镜(SEM)、热重仪(TGA)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、紫外-可见光谱仪(UV-vis)和荧光分光光度计(PL)对样品的形貌、结构、组分和光学性能进行了表征.结果表明,当硝酸盐与PVP的质量比为20%时,前驱体纳米纤维成型良好;经800℃、900℃和1000℃煅烧4h仍能保持纤维结构,但纤维直径明显减小;当煅烧温度大于或等于900℃时,才生成六角晶系GaInO3;根据UV-vis测试结果计算出800℃、900℃和1000℃煅烧后样品的禁带宽度分别为3.22eV、3.48eV和3.66eV;经250nm光激发后其室温光致发光光谱在496nm处出现较强的蓝绿光发射峰.
