为了研究在高温空气燃烧技术中换向时间对炉内场量分布和节能效果的影响,在流量控制模式下进行了各种不同切换时间的实验,并采用了3种不同的蓄热体,实验发现升温阶段不进行切换能够解决冷态点火启动困难的问题;实验条件下,分别比较了蓄热速率、炉温分布的均匀性和排烟NO浓度随切换时间的变化,并比较了蜂窝蓄热体和小球蓄热体的蓄热能力。所得结论有一定的应用价值。

The effect of the switch time in HTAC technology on furnace has been studied. The experimentation of different switch time was carried out in the flux mode. The different heat storage body were used in the test. When the furnace temperature was at 800℃ the switch time was set at “no switch”. In this way, the problem of flameout under “cold boot” had been resolved successfully. Under the condition of experiment, the variation of the velocity of heat storage, the furnace temperature distribution and the concentration of NO with switch time has been compared respectively. Then the capacity of heat storage was compared too. All the conclusion can be used in the production.
