以废瓷粉、广西白泥、碳化硅、硅微粉为主要原料,铝酸钙水泥为结合剂,加适量水配置成耐碱浇注料。通过调整碳化硅的加入量,研究碳化硅对耐碱浇注料性能影响,以及浇注料的耐碱侵蚀机理。结果表明:随碳化硅加入量的增加,试样体积密度、耐压强度和抗折强度呈先增加后降低的趋势,试样表面氧化成一层致密的氧化膜,阻止了碱蒸汽的侵蚀,当碳化硅添加6%~8%,试样的耐碱等级达到一级,耐碱侵蚀能力明显增加。
Alkali resistant castable refractory was prepared using the waste porcelain powder,Guangxi white mud,SiC and silicon powder as main starting materials,and calcium aluminate cement as binder,and adding appropriate amount of water. The effects of SiC addition amount on the properties and corrosion mechanism of alkali resistant castable refractory were studied by adding different amounts of silicon carbide. The results show that as the addition amount of SiC increases,the bulk density, compressive strength and flexural strength of specimens increase first and then decrease,antioxidation film is formed on the surface of the specimen,which restrains the alkali vapor erosion. With 6%-8% SiC,the corrosion level of alkali resistance reaches first?class level,erosion ability increases significantly.
