在丰富实验数据的基础上,结合相关的热力学参数,评估并获得Ti-Zr二元体系BCC相中的扩散移动性数据库.通过扩散移动性数据库计算的扩散系数与实验数据取得很好的一致性.基于Calphad技术,在所获得的扩散移动性数据库的基础上,结合相关的热力学描述,成功地模拟Ti-Zr二元体系半无限扩散偶浓度曲线和Kirkendall面的移动,并计算点阵面的移动距离.
