由Sheik-Bahe于1989年提出的Z-scan技术已经成为在非线性光学和材料科学领域里的一项非常有用的测量方法,它能简单而灵敏地测量非线性光折射率和吸收率.本文概要地讨论了Z-scan技术并介绍了它的最新进展,其中着重讨论了高斯分解法对此项技术的理论研究.
Z-scan technique has been a useful technique in the field of nonlinear optics and material science since it was presented by Sheik-Bahae in 1989. A typical peak-valley transmittance curve is obtained from which it is easy to measure the nonlinear refraction and absorption coefficient of the material with a good sensitivity. A summary of Z-scan technique, focused on the theoretical study based on Fresnel-Kirchhoff diffraction theory, and introduces recent development on Z-scan technique, are presented in this paper.
