采用泡沫分散聚合法,以自制的4-乙酰基丙烯酰乙酸乙酯(AAEA)和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、丙烯酸(AA)为单体,过硫酸铵(APS)及N,N,N′,N′-四甲基乙二胺(TMEDA)为氧化还原引发体系,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,以饱和Na2CO3水溶液为发泡剂,十二烷基磺酸钠为泡沫稳定剂,制备了快速响应型水凝胶。结果表明,该凝胶具有相互贯穿的超大孔结构,且溶胀及消溶胀速率较传统凝胶显著提高,20s内即可达到溶胀和消溶胀平衡;在NaCl溶液中消溶胀时,随凝胶中AMPS用量的增大平衡保水率增大;凝胶对Cu2+的去除率和吸附容量随pH变化不大,分别为62.72%、345.65 mg/g;对Fe3+最大去除率接近100%,最大吸附容量达580.40 mg/g;对Pb2+最大去除率为63.74%,最大吸附容量为331.90 mg/g。

A series of rapid response P(AAEA/AMPS/AA) hydrogel was synthesized by foaming dispersion copolymerization using 4-acetyl acryloyl ethyl acetate(AAEA),2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS) and acrylic acid(AA) as monomers, ammonium persulfate(APS) and N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylethylenediamine(TMEDA) as redox initiators,N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide(MBA) as crosslinking agent,saturated sodium carbonate(Na2CO3) as foaming agent,sodium dodecyl sulfate as foam stabilizer.The results show that the hydrogel has interconnected superporous pores.Compared with traditional hydrogel,the hydrogel has higher swelling and deswelling rate,which reaches its swelling and deswelling equilibrium within 20s.With the increase of the content of AMPS,the water retention ratio of the hydrogel in NaCl solution increases when it reaches deswelling equilibrium state.The removal ratio and adsorption capacity of the hydrogel to Cu2+ change little in different pH solution,which is 62.72% and 645.65 mg/g respectively.Moreover,the maximum removal ratio of the hydrogel to Fe3+ and Pb2+ is 100% and 63.74%,and the maximum adsorption capacity of that is 580.40 mg/g and 331.90mg/g respectively.
