65钢住拉拔过程中出现不同类型的杯锥状断裂。通过埘不同形貌的杯锥状断口进行金相检验、显微硬度和能谱分析,结果表明,其断裂原因不同,盘条芯部存在异常组织、非金属夹杂物、孔洞及“V”形裂口,且裂口两端绀织变形程度不同。造成65钢钢丝拉拔呈杯锥状断裂的原因有盘条成分偏析、非金属夹杂物聚集、残余缩孔和拉拔工艺。
Different types of cup-cone fracture occurred during drawing of 65 Steel. Different morphologies of cup- cone fracture were analyzed by SEM, macro-fracture and metallographic, the results show *hat different types of cup-cone fractures are caused by different reasons. In the centre region there are abnormal structure, non-metallic inclusions, holes and "V" shaped gap, what is more, deformation degree at both ends of the gap is different. The reasons causing cup-cone fracture of 65 steel wire in drawing were segregation of components, aggregation of inclu- sions, residual shrinkage in the centre of wire rod and unsuitable for drawing process.
